Home
Welcome to the photography website of Andrew Patton. Here you'll find regular photo updates on the home page, a bit about me, my best works, and how you can contact me. At the end of the day, I like to photograph everything pretty much, and you'll probably see a bit of everything on here. Have a look a bit further down the page, maybe I got an awesome photo of you at the track last weekend. Maybe you're in my portfolio. Maybe your head was too unattractive and it would upset people if I put you online. That's alright I can blur your face. Or clone it out. Write me an email if you'd like to know anything else about my photography or this page. Enjoy.
Sydney Trip |

Cities are so much more interesting than my hometown, especially when it comes to photography, so I couldn't resist the urge to take my camera this weekend, visiting a few friends. Great weekend overall, and got some cool shots to go with it. Would have loved to spend more time there, but I'm sure I'll be back in the near future. |

10pm on a tripod |
|
I had a play around with a new tripod last night. Most of this stuff was around 25-30 sec exposure, which was almost too much most times. I'm interested in doing more of this, I'd love to do it in a big city with plenty of streaky moving lines and crazy coloured lights. Oh and I could do without the mosquitos, they ate me alive, Aeroguard and all! |

East Coast New Years, into 2012! |
On a journey along the east coast of Australia, which went from Newcastle up to Townsville and back. We visited some of Australia's best, incuding Coffs Harbour, Byron Bay, Airlie Beach, 1770 and the Central Coast to name some. I managed to snap up a handful of pleasing shots. |

Rockstar MX Nationals: Goanna Tracks - 19th June, 2011 |
Today I was lucky enough to get trackside at round six of the Rockstar MX Nationals at Goanna Tracks, Connabarabran, a few hours drive from home. It was an amazing day with plenty of awesome racing on an incredible track, rivalling those in the European GP or the US Motocross Nationals. Big thanks and congratulations to the members of Goanna Tracks club with their first MX Nationals, and certainly not their last. In particular, Grant and Donna who pulled some strings and got me in amongst the action VIP style. |

Wagga Wagga Landscapes (revisited) - 2nd June, 2011 |
With the recent adoption of my new baby, my Sigma wide angle, I knew there were shots over the hill where I had taken photos before that I could only capture with a wide angle. So, venturing a bit further this time, I came across a heap of freshly rolled hay. I think I'm just scraping the surface with this wide stuff... ![]() |

Wagga Wagga Motorcycle Sports Club - 15th May, 2011 |
Thanks to the lovely club members of WWMSC, I was once again happy to get out on the track with myself and my Canon. Unknown to me, the at the time Australian U/19s champ (and currently still leading) rider Errol Willis was at his home track, putting on an amazing display of berm destruction and scrubs on his RM125 and RMZ250, which was a joy to capture. |

Wagga Wagga Landscapes - 9th May, 2011 |
Beat the sun this morning, as mornings generally create really favourable light. It was really cool being up there by myself at 7am, and just as I was heading back down for breakfast, I heard a bit of rustling not too far from me. I turned to find two grey kangaroos punching on! Ahhh, thank you Australia. |
